With an associate's in business management from Lower Columbia College in Longview, Washington, Zachary Thorstenson graduated in 2009. Zachary worked as a manger at his families local pest mangement business throughout college and continued for 8 years. After creating systems to help the business grow and getting it to a 18% annual growth percent he decided his work was done. He then moved into his mother's insurance firm. Again he was able to help the company grow rapidly. He then decided to go into business for himself. He began his career at Realty ONE Group and established the firm's record for first-year sales with 25 completed transactions. Zachary Thorstenson spent the last two years with Realty ONE Group and worked diligently to find the right homes for his clients.

Mr. Thorstenson helps clients secure loans, asks a comprehensive list of questions to determine the type of home they want, and guides them through the inspection process when they find their perfect home. In addition, he teaches a homebuyers education course multiple times per month and helps prospective clients better understand the homebuying process and all relevant terminology.

Zachary Thorstenson is also a member of the business networking group LeTip International and a board member of Cowlitz County Habitat for Humanity. In the latter role, he helps determine community members most deserving of housing assistance and has even organized service days to support local families in need. His extracurricular interests include playing golf, dining at restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family.
